How do estimates work?
Send project details (photos optional) and we'll give you a ballpark price range. Firm, written estimates come after an in-person walkthrough so we can see conditions behind the walls.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Full kitchen and bathroom rehabs, whole-home remodels, structural layout changes, and new construction homes. Scope and budget fit get sorted out in our follow-up questions once we see the project.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. We handle village permits and inspections for structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work in the municipalities we serve.
Do you help with design and material selections?
We do. We'll guide layouts, cabinetry, tile, and fixture selections, and can work directly with your designer if you already have one.
How long does a remodel take?
Every renovation is different, but most bathroom remodels take approximately 3–6 weeks, kitchens take 6–10 weeks, and whole-home renovations may take 3–6 months once construction begins. Your timeline will depend on the project scope, required inspections, material availability and custom selections. Before construction begins, we'll provide a projected schedule specific to your renovation.
How do you handle payments?
Your contract will include a clear, milestone-based payment schedule tailored to the project. Payments are collected as work progresses, with any initial deposit and material payments explained upfront, so you always know what is due and when.
Is your work warrantied?
Yes. Our workmanship is backed by a one-year warranty, and manufacturer warranties pass through on all materials and fixtures we install.
Locally registered and fully insured. We coordinate required permits and inspections and provide a one-year workmanship warranty on our installations.
