Your timeline will depend on the project scope, required inspections, material availability and custom selections. Before construction begins, we'll provide a projected schedule specific to your renovation.
Your contract will include a clear, milestone-based payment schedule tailored to the project. Payments are collected as work progresses, with any initial deposit and material payments explained upfront, so you always know what is due and when.
Yes. Our workmanship is backed by a one-year warranty, and manufacturer warranties pass through on all materials and fixtures we install.
